Running security services means handling information about your firm and its systems. This notice sets out what that is, the reason each category exists, who else sees it, and how long it stays before it goes.

The platforms named across the session pages report operational information from your environment so that we can run them. That includes device names and inventory, agent health, alert and detection records, patch state, backup job results, filtering decisions, and instruction history.
Discovery services report where sensitive material sits, which category it falls into, and the volume involved. We hold findings about where material sits. We do not copy out the contents of those files to look at them ourselves.
Operational records live in the vendor platforms and in our own systems, in the regions those services operate in. Retention follows the entry: detection and correlation records follow the retention of the entry you bought, backup copies follow their own schedules, and instruction history stays as long as the account does.
Records for billing and accounting stay as long as tax law obliges us to keep them. Once an account closes and those periods have run, what remains is deleted or anonymized.
Depending on where your firm and its people are, rights may exist over what is held: to obtain a copy, to correct an inaccuracy, to have material deleted, to object to some particular use, or to carry it off in portable form. Where we hold information as a processor on your firm's behalf, a request from one of your clients or staff is passed to you rather than answered by us directly.
This site uses local browser storage to remember what you have put into a settlement and to keep you signed in to your account record. That storage stays in your browser and is never read by us. Stripe sets what its checkout requires in order to work and to detect fraud. No advertising or cross site tracking is installed here.
These services are sold to businesses. None of it is aimed at children, and we knowingly collect nothing about them.
This notice is revised when the services or the law change. Whichever version is in force appears under the heading, and account holders hear about a material change ahead of its taking effect.
